gw:Ivy is an Ivy generator plugin for 3ds Max developed by Guruware. Ivy's are designed to grow in scenes with real-world scale and growing Ivy is quite a breeze, you just have to plant an IvyRoot and hit the "Grow" button to watch it growing in your view port.
Hit the button again to stop the growth. A Multi/Sub-Object Material is already assigned for mapping your ivy easily and you can even generate the grow-animation easily by specifying key frame for the ivy age. gw:Ivy generator plugin for 3dsMax comes with various handy parameter control options, using which you can easily create and control the looks of ivy. If the ivy isn't growing the way you want, you can stop growing any time, adjust age and/or grow-prams and start growing again. |

Crosswalk is a Softimage initiative to help transfer XSI content in and out of 3ds Max and Maya pipelines using the latest dotXSI, COLLADA, and FBX standards.
The Crosswalk components in XSI 6 have now been packaged as a standalone setup, complete with an installer that can automatically detect existing installations of 3ds Max, Maya, Face Robot and XSI, and install the appropriate plugins.

The free plugins Glue, Clone and ColorEdge have been recompiled for Max 2009.
Glue - one tool to place an object over any surface. This plugin aligns the pivot point of an objects selection over the surface of another object. For example, it's useful in placing trees over a mountain. Also conforms a spline to follow the surface.
ColorEdge is a procedural texture which changes the color along the VISIBLE edge faces of an object, allowing you to define color gradients and add noise effects.
Clone is a modifier which can be used to create copies of an object. It is similar to the Array tool in 3DS Max, except that it is parametric. |

Released max2008 and max2009 versions of ColorCorrect (v3.4.91.11) and CounterText (v4.1.26.11). Please note that for max2008 you could use max9 versions but max2009 required re-compile.
ColorCorrect is a 3DS Max texture plug-in which alters the colors of any (bitmap or procedural) texture so that you can fine tune the colors or create a variation of it. It eliminates going back and forth between Photoshop and max and also lets artists to use the same map in different parts of the scene to reduces memory consumption. To give you full control all the parameters are mappable.
CounterText is extended version of MAX`s text object. It provides animatable number content in the text so that users can have frame numbers or any custom numeric value. You can bind it to any animatable parameter in the scene to give numeric information about that parameter in the rendered image. |
